Working Bees
MAJOR WORKING BEE/S PRIOR TO ARENA CROSS SERIES
Club member assistance at working bees is vital to us being able to hold regular events for our members. As we all know many hands make light work.
We have major working bee's scheduled for Saturday January 30, Sunday January 31, and February 21st to prepare our Track for our 2 round Arena Cross Series on February 7 and February 27.
As this will be the first event of the season, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE.........
Some of the jobs that need to be completed are
- Mowing
- Whipper Snippering
- Tyres positioned around the arena cross track
- Track Maintenance
- Bin Placement
- Toilets cleaned
- Undercover area cleaned
- Canteen Prepared
- Sign in Room and Tower Cleaned
- General Ground and Pit Area Cleanup
- Lighting Towers picked up and positioned on track
- Everything else that needs to be done to get the complex in tip top shape
