IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Competitors are asked to ensure they comply with the 2009 GCR's or you will not pass scrutineering - Full details can be found in Section 12.6 of the 2009 Manual of Motorcycle Sport.
We have had quite a few entries received that have overpaid their transponder fees. Transponders may be shared between riders bikes (but not between riders) this year. Therefore if you are riding in more than one class and need to hire a transponder, you will only be issued one and only have to pay for one (33.00). The same applies if you have your own transponder you only have to pay a single fee of $11 regardless of how many classes you enter
If you have not yet applied for a riding number, you can do so by email. Please include details of:
- Riders name
- Class – Please be specific – classes are listed in latest news section
- 2 number preferences per class entered
- Please indicate if you have your own transponder
Note: Riders age as at January 1, 2009 determines his/her age for the championships......Riding numbers are determined by the first digit of the postcode for the competitors state of residence, except the Northern Territory, which will be 1.....e.g. Victoria = 3, NSW = 2. The remainder of the number will be at the discretion of the Maffra Sale Motorcycle Club.
